What i can say is luckily we didnt go out today.

Learnt something in OB class yesterday.
Communication is important in our life.
Communication is not about speaking and telling.
People communicate to deliver message so that others can understand.
However,there are positive and also negative effects when people communicate.
This is what i want to share.
